Welcome to this week's blog challenge, hosted by Long and Short Reviews! The topic: Books set in my city or state. Even though there are many set in my state of California, I could only think of three authors (including me) that have based their stories here.
Brenda Novak: Whiskey Creek, Silver Springs, and Last Stand series are set in California.
Melody DeBlois: That April in Santa Monica.
Now I'm positive they're many more out there, but my brain is lacking in searching for the information. I'm blaming it on my edits. Maybe everything will return to its wacky "normal" brainwave pattern after I'm done.
However, there is one I do know well. My own story! A Magical Highland Solstice. This was my first Highland Holiday romance and dear to my heart. It's a time-travel romance with a dash of Fae magic. The heroine works at the fictional Blushing Rose Bakery in San Francisco. Love the "City by the Bay" and its surroundings...
