Long and Short Reviews Weekly Blog Challenge | 04.08.20

First, my apologies for missing last week's blog challenge. Due to an unexpected scheduling conflict (my error), I was unable to participate.

Now to this week's challenge: Topic(s) I could give an impromptu speech on.

Goodness, where do I begin? I do have tons of knowledge on a variety of subjects. However, I don't like giving speeches. Makes me nervous. I'm an introvert. Getting in front of a crowd means I have to prepare myself. If I absolutely had to, I would talk about merchandising (I was the Merch/Supervisor for Borders Books) in a bookstore. I could talk at length on positioning, symmetry, and understanding your target customer in the community.

Yet I've found talking about my stories in public does not bother me. I enjoy going to book signings. It's something I love to do. So I'll leave you with my latest release, which I totally loved writing. Psst...it's been nominated for the 2020 RONE Award from InD'tale Magazine in the Time Travel/Science Fiction category. You bet I'm excited!
